5:00 - 5:30 - Volunteers set up, early guests ok to arrive just be aware official start is 6 pm
5:30 - 6:30 - Meet and Greet - Social Time - Get to know your fellow members...
6:00 - 8:00 - Appetizers, Dinner & Dessert available
7:00 - 7:30 - Presentations for club - Year in review and Upcoming overview
7:30 - 8:00 - Big Fish Contest Raffles and Awards
8:00 - 8:30 - End of party and clean up.
Must be out of the Room by 8:45 pm. Store closes at 9 pm.
Help cleaning up is much appreciated....

Maximum Room Capacity is 60. There will be a cap to this event per store safety mandate not to exceed 60. First come basis for RSVP.
Location of Party:
The store is allowing us to have a private entrance through the Uncle Buck main entrance. This will be for RSVP'd guests only for the BASC Year-End Holiday Party. You can park right out in front of Uncle Bucks!

Please NO PICTURES of the area between the entrance and the Hall Room. BassPro allows us to pass through with these stipulations as they do not wish to have any public pictures taken of this area. Inside the Hall Room where the party is held is ok for pics.

We are guests with the privilege to use this area normally off-limits to the public. Please only lounge in our designated room and not outside of that.
The cover charge for the event is $25 per attendee. Once you have RSVP'd please make payments for everyone in your party including your guests on the BASC website under the JOIN page where you can use Zelle or the credit card option. Once payment is made, there is no refunds, so please understand this and be 100% sure you understand this prior to making any payment for this event.
Members are welcome to RSVP for spouses and children, but each RSVP does require the cover charge due to the limited space of the building max. We ask any member wishing to invite a nonfamily member to please inquire with Steve E. for clearance, prior to making any RSVP or payment for non-members. This is not an event open to the public. Active members are responsible for making payments to the club on behalf of their approved guest(s), so that financial tracking is manageable. Please make one payment for your total party RSVP. Please email any guest names that are part of your party to the club's main email (info@bayareasportfishers.com), so that we can make sure all attendees that show up are valid since this is in the public where people may attempt to join without an approved invite.
We will have name tags for all members, so that everyone can get to put a name to a face.
